iREAD LITERACY'S 2ND ANNUAL SPELLING BEE!

Having ended our last quarter with a regional spelling bee competition for all primary schools in Badagry and Seme regions on December 3rd 2010, and a community outreach program in Ilunla, Aradagun-badagry on December 22, 2010, the iRead literacy network is even more committed to our goal of realizing educational projects with this year’s spelling bee targeted at both government and privately owned schools in Eti-Osa Local Government and it’s environs.

This event slated for November 18th aims to bring over a hundred and fifty children together where they compete healthily in spelling activities, learn, exchange and gain experience, receive new motivation and get rewarded/recognized for taking studies seriously.

We need help with the following:

  • Gift items for winners/participants
  • Volunteers: Coordinators, Ushers, Health personnel, Servers, Sound technicians
  • Lunch for the children/teachers assigned/Representatives of local education districts (The children being major priority)
  • Rental of event hall/Chairs/Sound system, and First Aid.

Please if you are interested in being a part of this event, kindly email us via ireadafrica@gmail.com or sistasoul001@gmail.com for support, inquiries, suggestions and concerns.

Thank you very much.
